I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation.


I use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of walking won’t do the trick. Your customized program will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!
