"Define Yourself" Workout with step

This cardiovascular workout burns fat and calories building muscles with the use of an elevated platform (the step) along with the use of light weights. 4", 6" and 8" steps are provided. Please bring dumbbells (3lb-10lb) and a mat for floor work.

Girlfriend Special
You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.
